Now in times like these, what’s left to say? The acceleration and the foreign age (strange). Epoch inception, the times are countless (what’s left to say?), each with revolving doors. Character’s lessons, loves, hates, and everything else. This is a nod, an acknowledgment of the paintings and portraits of things lost forever. I’m up on a hill, a wistful look on my face. Here my mind and my body are severed. The pools of reflection are timeless below. In a valley of memory, a pillar, I am. A watcher I can’t help but remain. A monolith forced to exist here. An anachronism with eyes on all time but it’s own. The stone unmoved and alone with none but star and moon as company. You’ll bare with me, I have digressed. Through mead and mere I gazed as far as east from west. The hills I once longed for, I now tread everyday. And every night it seems my thoughts dwell in ponds (now passed far away.) The eyes close and rain (falls).
